We understand that unavoidable circumstances do occur, and if you have to cancel an appointment, there is no charge, as long as there is at least 24 hours notice. Should a cancellation occur with 24 hours, we will make every effort to fill that hour with another patient, to avoid the full payment cancellation charge. Dr Goldwasser’s schedule tends to run quite full, and often has a waiting list, so as long as there is ample notice, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment with another patient, or offer a remote session. Otherwise, patients are responsible for the full payment of cancellations with short notice.
